Does anyone know who sings the song in this Nokia commercial?

It goes like "I'm gonna rock till I'm rolling"
It has four people sitting on a couch and one of them takes out the new Nokia, twists it and they all turn into a room with a party and people hanging out.

Please, please help, the song's been in my head for ages((

I've seen where this song is on the soundtrack to the video game "Driver: Parallel Lines" ... and I've seen where this song is on one of their own CDs "Generation" (supposedly track 17, but everywhere I've looked at this CD, it doesn't go past, like, track 12 or 13) ...

And to add insult, I can't for the life of me find a sound sample of this tune ...

Can anyone help me out?
