New Sears Commercial

Help! there is a new Sears commercial that I think just came out this last week (I hadn't seen it before this weekend) and the song is so familiar, yet I cannot quite figure out what it is.

It's an uptempo number with a male singing in a very high falsetto. Sounds similar to Nada Surf. What is it???

I got all excited when I heard it on the TV, then saw it was for, well, Sears. Great song nonetheless.
