I believe that it is for iTunes and that Eminem is suing them for selling his songs right now??? i think??

It's an iPod ad, but I think it's an early advertisement for his greatest hits album,"Curtain Call", too. That's what it says at the end of the commercial. Maybe they have a deal where the two new tracks will be available exclusively through iTunes first...since the full album isn't scheduled for release until December. :blink:

He sued Apple about using "Lose Yourself" to promote iTunes a few years ago. I'm pretty sure it's been settled since and that all rights for this commercial are cleared.
