need help with song

i remember hearing this song awhile back, but never got around to find out the title, or the artist name. so when i came across this vid. that features the song i really wanted to know where this song comes from and where i might have heard it. its an intrumental it creates this high that keeps going through out the song. does anyone know the artist and or title of the song? and where it appeared? the vid. is of halo 2 mods.
