music video, with children playing in ash

a while ago I saw a music video on tv, I missed the name of the peice and who the artist was, but I adored the video. It was a somewhat techno peice, of young children playing in snowsuits, in falling ash. they were building snowmen, and then proceed to trash a car.

If anyone has nay idea what this video is, please reply.
