Music Program

Does anybody know of any programs that use your existing music library... and plays the next songs according to what you are in the mood for (i.e. I like this... therefore play more of this, or I dont like this at the moment, dont play things like it)... It could use an acoustical fingerprint, or query the Music Genome Project or do something like that?
