Does anyone know where I can find a list of songs that were in the ABC Family movie Searching For David's Heart?

Can't find a definitive list but believe it may have contained the following:

AVRIL LAVIGNE - Slipped Away

MARC BROUSSARD - Save Me

FIVE FOR FIGHTING - 100 Years

I knew that it had the Avril Lavigne and Five For Fighting songs in it. I really like Marc Broussard's song "Where You Are" and I didn't realize there was a song in the movie by him. Anyone know any others?
