i keep seeing this music video on MTV2...but i'm never able to catch the artist or song. it looks really 70's disco-ish...flashing neon lights in teh background etc. its a all guy rock/indie band. at some points they're standing on a round stage on the stage it says something like "under the influence" or something i cant really remember.
