Sounds like "A-500 by Klaus Badelt and Mark Batson to me. Or at least similar to that song, which is on the "Miami Vice Original Soundtrack" found on itunes.

Btw - how annoying is it that the three best songs from the movie -
"Numb/Encore" by Jay-Z and Linkin Park, &
"Wide Awake" and "Shape of Things to Come" by Audioslave are not on the soundtrack?

In 2006 before the movie Miami Vice came out, they had an instrumental song on their website that was the music for the whole website. I have been wondering for the last 6 years what it was. It might be a song by RZA but I have never found it. Does ANYONE know what that song was?
