There's this Mastercard commercial where there are office workers being clumsy (spilling water cooler's water, broken xerox, etc) and in the background is this whistling music.

It reminds me of what WWII GI's whistled (like a jodie or cadence). What is it called and are there lyrics?
 
After tons of googling. I have finally found it.

It's a piece of march music called the 'Colonel Bogey March'. Some call it the River Kwai theme because you can hear it being whistled in the movie 'The Bridge on the River Kwai'.

Lyrics vary as there are many renditions.

It also has a third name: 'Hitler has only got one ball'. This is the WWII rendition which makes fun of the Nazi leader.
