Ok,
I emailed Lover's Lane through Facebook and this was their response:

"Hi Mike, The song is from a stock media website called Pond5 and it is named 'The Moment - Hip Hop -140'. Also here is the link: https://www.pond5.com/stock-music/50516083/moment-hip-hop-140-bpm.html "

I can't figure out how to download the song without the annoying "pond5" audio watermark thou.......
