Looping a Song..

I have this 37 second clip that I wanted to loops for about 3 minutes so i wouldnt have to keep restarting it. Does anyone know a simple program i can download that can help me edit it and make it loop?

If the file is a .wav file (if not, convert it...) go to Start, Programs, Accessories, Sound Recorder.

Go to Open, and open the file. Then go to Edit, Insert File, and insert the file two more times.
