Looking song with these lyrics...

Hello, looking for a song I heard on the radio...I can make out some of the lyrics, they may very well be incorrect:

"...things won't get better,
feels like it's (she, we're?) gone forever,
Have to crawl with your own two feet,
Have to laugh with your own two cheeks..."


Seem familiar to anyone? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I couldn't find anything searching with those lyrics...

There's a song by Toad the Wet Sprocket called "Good Intentions" with similar lyrics:

I'm not afraid things won't get better
But it feels like this has gone on forever

Have to laugh with your own good cheer
