Lloydd Grossman pasta sauce

Please please, i am trying to find out the name of the piece of music and the arist that is used on lloydd grossman pasta sauce adverts.
i have seen them on stv on Sun evening 9pm - 10pm
it isounds like an Akker Bilk type thing and it may be an oboe or a Sax I don't know!
It is a weel known song but i can't quite remember it and my son's want to buy it for their Dad's birthday as he loves it.
Please please can anyone help us here?

Do you mean the one featuring 'The Way You Look Tonight'?

I'm not sure who the artist is, but a similar version is played by THE NORTH STAR JAZZ ENSEMBLE.
