"What started out" song ...

I'm looking to find the song on a commercial that has the words "what started out" in it. The commercial starts out as calm music and then the singer uses a soft tone and says those words. I don't know whose commercial it is but if anyone could help me that'd be great. Thanks.

This Lberty Mutual commercial has been out for a few months, and the background music sounds like slow Lenny Kravitz song but I can't find it -- any ideas? Thanks!

Nevermind, decided to look a little further -- it's "Amen Omen" by Ben Harper (Liberty Mutual's "Doin' The Right Thing" ad) if anyone's interested
