I don't know how much this will help, but the song where the guy is singing is 'Ya Ya' and it sounds like the Lee Dorsey version. I tried googling but didn't really find anything...

^^That's it!!! It's "Ya Ya"...I just don't think it's Lee Dorsey, to me the song in the video sounds more like a woman singing it.

Now I just need that trumpet song... <_<

It actually SOUNDS like Clarence Henry...and I wondered if he did a portion of that song...because there is a part in there where it is more high pitched...but I looked him up and he never covered it. (He is the guy that sings I ain't got no home)....
