Kellogg's (?) cereal commerciial and jeans.

Okay, I'm hoping someone can help me with this one.

A couple of weeks ago I saw a cereal commercial, which I thought was for Kellogg's, where they were playing this really cool techno-ey/poppy cover of an old song which is really familiar to me but whose name escapes me...

Anyway, in teh commercial the mom watches her daughter walk through the kitchen several times of different days, with a new boy or boyfriend or whatever each day...or something. Anyway, the cous is on the girl's jeans. Towards the end of the commercail the mom tells her daughter she's going to need those jeans back soon because she's lost weight by eating this cereal.

Anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance.

The song title is correct. However, I do NOT believe that it is the Jackson 5 or ANY of the Jackson singing the song.
