i've only seen the commercial once but i recognized it was Feist in an instant.

i'm sure it's the orignal version that's on "Let it Die" and not her remix CD "Open Season".

I haven't checked yet, but I think it might be a song by Feist.

If there is a singer there must be some lyrics for the singer to sing.

So, if the singer is singing lyrics then perhaps offering what one hears here my help in the quest to solve the inquiry in a constructive and postive paradigm? <_<

The lyrics come in near the end, and the male voice-over speaks over much of it. I think it maybe starts "I want to be kissing."

The commercial has a white background, it pans across 2-D CGI figures pouring coffee and such and there's arrows going up a chart. The ad plays on MSNBC quite often.

I've updated the links -- I hope this is the correct version of the Leslie Feist song in the HSBC ad (since I've never seen the ad).

Amazon.com lists the "One Room One Hour Mix", but iTunes is calling the same track "Full mix":
