On the movie herbie fully loaded, in the part where herbie is sitting there and his owner is getting ready to trade him in for the other racecar drivers car, what is the song played at this scene? She is getting ready to race HIS car, its at night, and its near the scene whenever herbie kinda beats this guy up, first oil and then he smashes his head in the trunk...please help me identify this song

I found the song it is not on the soundtracks listing for some odd reason. The song is by depeche mode and it is called "A Pain That I'm used to (Jacques Lu Cont Remix). Hope that helps.
