Help with youtube video songs

I have several youtube videos with songs I need help identifying. I came across these over the last couple of weeks and rather than make a post for each one I thought I would group them all together in a single post.


A segment from the British car tv show Fifth Gear. It's the first song at the beginning. It sounds like portishead but I'm pretty certain it isn't.
