Help me identify this music

The music at the beginning of this podcast is also used in a commercial for a financial services company.

If anyone could identify the music and/or the company that ran the commercials, I'd appreciate it.

The song is called Perpetuum Mobile by Penguin Cafe Orchestra. It's used pretty often as incidental music in all sorts of ads and programs.
