HBO promo

So, I was up late watching TV and I turn to the HBO channel and it's a commercial for movies that are already being played, and they are playing off of the words of the song that goes like:
Heal me once more, like yesterday, oh like yesterday (says that several times) like yesterday in every way I find you there like yesterday.

And when the song is playing the HBO Commercial is saying in text, "We'll always be here...." or some really cheesy-like.

And one of the commercials is like a guy, crouching and there is a massive flash in the back ground (looks futuristic) and he slowly stands up to face the flash. (here is a picture)

And speaking of this picture/movie.. would anyone happen to know the name of it?

Any ideas?

i don't know the song or the promo, but based on the picture and your description I'd guess the movie is Skyline http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1564585/
