This is a new holiday commercial for macy's. The song is a very old song and I figured out the title, " I Want to be Happy", but, I still don't know who the artist is. I really like her rendition. If it helps, I live in San Francisco, so maybe it's a regional commercial. Anyway, thanks for trying!
