Hallmark Valentine Bear French Music

This commercial came out about 1-2 years ago I believe.

It is a guy passing a teddy bear using a conveyor belt at a bottling company to a girl. The background music is in French, kind of jazzy swing, medium beat.

I think this is the only Hallmark commercial with French-lyric soundtrack. Can anyone help me identify the tune ?
