Hi! I was wondering if you guys can recommend some...good classical music that has been used in trailers, kinda like the Kingdom of Heaven which I checked out and bought! Can you recommend any more? Thanks! :)

One of my favourites that seems to be used in trailers once in a while because of its' INTENSE build up is "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Grieg......love it!

Beethoven - Fur Elise. Like it in movie trailers. Elephant it played it. It was recently in The Assasination of Richard Nixon trailer, except it was played with a chelo..very good.

The Shawshank Redemtion song has been used in a lot of trailers. Randy Edelman's scores from Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story and Dragon Heart are well used.

Yes, and Prayer Cycle which was used in Kingdom Of Heaven

Claude Debussy - Clair de Lune
Craig Armstrong - O Verona Choral
Bizet - Carmen (although I dont think its been in a trailer)
Purcell - Dido's Lament (used in The Talented Mr Ripley)
Bach - St Matthew Passion - 2273? (forget what movement)
Arvo - Spiegel im spiegel - Gerry trailer
Carlos Gardel - Por Una Cabeza (used in True Lies (i think)
Craig Armstrong - Rise
Carl Orff - O Fortuna

A couple of the Enya songs.
