Gavin deGraw set change music

just went to gavin's show here at ATU and heard a great song and would like anyone's help on figuring it out.

it was played between sets before he came out and i'm not sure if he uses it at every show.. it had a male vocal with cello's and strings.. lyrics were something like "i don't need any(one/body)" something about "to crash into" and "all i need is you"

i know that doesn't give much insight, but i've googled til my fingers are sore. it's an amazing sounding song. thanks for any help!
