Football Song

I'm going crazy looking for the name of the song that's always played at football games... the only word in the entire song is "oh." If you've got access to a piano (or some other instrument) it sounds like these notes:

DFGAD D DFGA(#A)AFG GF AD

I put spaces where there's a short pause. Basically, the entire crowd sings "oooooh oh ooooooooh ooh ooh" over and over again... Any help would be appreciated.

Your description actually was pretty helpful to me--I knew what song you were talking about, I just didn't know what it was called.

I just got lucky finding it so soon on amazon.
