I think it's Abba, but I'm not sure.

I just now saw another Fidelity ad, with green boxes.. not your song I'm sure, but in case anyone's looking for it it's David Bowie "Changes".

This ad runs (at least) on Fox News, shows multiple bar charts growing from right to left showing fund returns - music is rock wit lyrics at the end.
