I'm going out on a limb here. I've heard this song on the radio but can't find out who the artist is. Its a techno/house type song, and the voice in it is a european female. The main part of the song has an accordion in it. It's all electronic however. Any help is apreciated. Thanks.

The only "techno" type song with according that I know of is "Nikkfurie - The A La Menthe"

There aren't any vocal in that song and its not really house style so I don't think that is it.

Its actually more of a dance than house I guess. Its pretty unique though, not like common dance/workout songs.
