I need help with a song I heard in a club about 14 years ago. It's very industrial/progressive sounding, male vocals, I don't remember much of the words but I think the refrain around the middle of the song was, "tell me, tell me you can't say" (or stay ?) repeated 3 or 4 times...and "what does it mean?" after those,
dropping to a lower note after the first two times. The music was very Depeche Mode-like, a lot of synth, reminded me of "Just Can't Get Enough." I realize this is not much to go on. Any help would be greatly appreciated
