It's an instrumental song as far as I know but they're playing it in the Comedy Central ads for fri. night stand up this week. It was also on adult swim for a little while in the early times of it I think. It's got some piano and some drums maybe other percussion.

This song had haunted me since the Adult Swim promos. It was also on a HotJobs ad. For the longest time, I could not find this song. But I did it.

It is actually a remix of a song by Tito Puente called Mambo Gallego. You can hear a thirty second tidbit of it on assorted music sites. It is definitely the song you heard on the ad, but not quite. The remix was harder to find. Apparently, someone working at Adult Swim actually did it.
