Clothing Ad. (H&M, C&A, Zara... Not sure)

Hello all, I'm new to this forum, so please let me know if I do something inadequate and I'll try correcting.

I was wandering if someone would have a clue as to where this song was published on tv. I recall it was a clothing brand, but have been unable to find anything. I'm guessing it's a jingle as shazam looks funny at me when I ask it about this song... I hope using a link is not an issue.
