I dunno the car, but I know some lyrics: "constitution join the revolution" and a big red car is drving down a highway. I think it's Honda. It sounds like The Misfits' "Ballroom Blitz".

Well you're on the right track,sort of!It's "Teenage Rampage" by Sweet,who did "Ballroom Blitz" originally and which was used in a (Mitsubishi ?ad. Can't be bothered to check the thread!)
