There have been a few posts on this site about Chase bank... this is not 100 Years Five For Fighting it is also not someone singing wind beneath my wings...

But the song is a lady singing up beat....

Tea for two and two for tea
Me for you and you for me

I think you see and old ladies hand putting the chase bank card down or something.

Any ideas?

I haven't seen the commercial, so I don't know what version/performer it is. "Tea for Two" is a pretty popular song, and the most popular version is the one sung by Doris Day in the 1950 movie "Tea for Two."
