I am 34 and I had to stop it immediately it was so loud and annoying. I also hear the same high pitched whine from my TV and DVD player.

I think it's a load of bull. The sound is annoying as hell.

Yeah someone posted something like that in the news thread. I'm 27 and it makes me nuts, and I don't even have particularly good hearing. My husband has TUBES IN HIS EARS and he can hear it. :lol: :lol:
