I found this when I typed in "If you do it well you better do it right" into Google. It refers to a Newcombe. Because the article is so old, it is no longer posted on the site. I am currently going through allmusic.com's references to a Newcombe to find something similar or hopefully the song and artist. I will post again if I find anything of value...

So I found the song after exhausting research and listening to different website samples... it is by The Brian Jonestown Massacre off the album Give it Back. The name of the song is Super-Sonic and it is available for purchase on iTunes.
