Does anyone out there know the name and artist of the song that is playing during the army commercial that's been on for the last two months or so?

I'm not really sure what commercial is...but the song is kinda heavy with a lot of guitar

It's a song by Godsmack for sure. It goes "I'm alive for you, I'm awake, because of you".

That's actually the Navy commercials, not Air Force. If Hoagiemint's talking about the Air Force ad, it's been discussed in the post Michelle just linked to up there. ^
If he means the Navy ad, it's Godsmack "Awake".
