an indie sounding song

:huh: Can anyone help me find this song? It's been running through my head since I heard it 2 days ago.
Unfortunately I just walked into the room and it was playing in the background, so I don't have much to go on. Everyone on here is pretty good at detective work though, so I thought I would give it a go!
It sounds like indie music, and all I got of lyrics are:

"and when you say it's all over
it's all over,
it's all over..."

sounds sort of like the beatles. But I didn't hear it for long. Heck, maybe it is the Beatles. But I didn't have much luck finding it.
I don't know what the commercial was for either and haven't seen it since.

Try posting your question in the tv commercials forum. Maybe someone will recognize the ad and song you're looking for.

First thing that came to my mind was Sugar Ray's "when it's over" but I don't think that's what you're looking for.
