I think i may be looking for the same tune.... It has kind of a a Rap beat to it but also sounds like the Gorillaz a bit? I liked the song but can't find anybody who can identify it either...

Try Algebra by Soul Hooligan. I know that HBO used that for something but I don't know if it was for America Undercover.
