Does anyone know the song that is played on the ABC Fall premiere promo? I could only catch a few of the lyrics. --"...things will change"

I think all the general promos are using "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire... it doesn't have that lyric though.

If we're thinking of the same ABC Fall promo - it's a song by Simon Webbe called Coming Around Again. Now I need help identifying a tune ABC is using in another promo for its Fall shows or maybe just for Ugly Betty. I think the words include "you're not the boss of me." And it's a female singer. Anyone know it?
