90's song/band

I need help finding the name of this band. It had a female singer, she had drk brown hair (past shoulders I thnik) and I beleive there was another female in the band, guitarist also with dark hair. I know there had this oen song and the lyrics were taking about some girl, talking about what shes like or somethnig.
I don't think the band were very popular but they did have this hit. Oh and they wre a rock band form the 90s. Thats all I know, help would be appreciated thx.
