Yelling sound effect that everyone has heard

I need to find the name of this sound effect and/or the location where I can download/buy it. (Need it for a short film). You're probably heard it somewhere in movies or commercials. It's a guy yelling "Yaoooo-OOOOH!" Often used with Japanese or Chinese themes.
