I know a lot of people have a lot of faith in Obama's message, but it's so important to look at his history. As a senator you can see him voting side by side with McCain. And if you're really hoping Barrack will bring about an era of peace, you might be surprised.

So does this mean that McCain really was a maverick before he ran for president, voting with the Dems instead of the Republicans? Or does this imply something about Obama? Does he vote for what's best or just along party lines? If it's the first, then great. If it's the latter, then that's not so good. Something to think about I guess.

Now that I think of it, I'm not sure. I wish I had the link I had before.. it had a list of the bills Obama had signed and a list of all the other senators who had signed as well.
