There are many versions, but the original thats in that SWF file is Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone. You can get it on iTunes.

I think what Gill meant was that there are several versions of the video (the original with the band, the chubby kid on his webcam and the version with the animated kitties). It's all the same song by O-Zone. Here's the translation:
