I've asked a few other places, this was the commercial for some adult swim anime commercial, it is from the "wrc rally 2000" video featuring tommi makkinen, and was in the "alias" (NOT tv show) video (which demonstrated video games or something)

OH, it was also in the "nissan national year end event" tv commerical (searched here but didn't see it) which came out around december last year


no one has been able to tell me what the song is, or even the lyrics so i can search for those (don't know french)
