VH1 Surreal Life 6

Does anybody know the name of the last two songs on the new "Move In" Day commercial for VH1's Surreal Life 6? The first song sounded like it had a cowbell in it. Both songs have been used as background music on Vh1 and MTV on past shows like True Life, but they never play the lyrics.

I don't know if I saw the same commercial ('cause it had already started when I caught it!) but I really want to know the song that was used when the dude from smash mouth was listing drugs (?!). This song was used on Best Week Ever and I've been looking for it ever since!
