the song sounds just like the opening humming of TV on the Radio's "Staring in the Sun".
the song is playing in a segment in which two cops are talking about a man who has just tried to run them over, so they had to use deadly force and shoot him. but he didnt die right away.
vh1 has used the song before and i emailed and asked them about it with no reply. ive tried singing it to so called musical experts and gotten laughed at.
i swear it consists of 6 diffrent pitches of humming: it goes from high to low then low back to high. and sounds just like the opening for "Staring at the Sun"
