Verizon "emergency"

Verizon has a new commercial about cell phones and all the cool stuff you can do with them like download muiic and music videos. a guy on the street starts to play a song that goes "urgent. urgent. emergency!" and he starts dancing. i'm actually not asking about the song. i want to know if the guy is like an actor i'd recognize from something else because he looks so familiar! anyone know his name?

you're right, he does look like david boreanaz. that' what made me notice him. i think he's another actor though. i think he might be the older brother on that show crumbs but i'm not sure.
