Can anyone tell me about the music on tonight's episode of The Nine on ABC (11/8/06)... in particular the song at the end, and the "oldies" song that played towards the middle of the show... i didn't pay close enough attention to write down any lyrics, but towards the end of the oldies song, i heard something like "just be my little woman, just be my lover"...

Any help, please???

The final song that played during all that pillow talk was "Be Here Now" by Ray LaMontagne; CD - Till the Sun Turns Black.

Don't let your mind get weary and confused
Your will be still, don't try
Don't let your heart get heavy child
Inside you there's a strength that lies

Don't let your soul get lonely child
It's only time, it will go by
Don't look for love in faces, places
It's in you, that's where you'll find kindness

Be here now, here now
Be here now, here now

Don't lose your faith in me
And I will try not to lose faith in you
Don't put your trust in walls
'Cause walls will only crush you when they fall

Be here now, here now
Be here now, here now

Thanks for posting the info on that Ray Lamontagne song. I knew I had heard it before but I was having trouble placing it.

Does anyone know who did that long slow song towards the end of the last episode "Take Me Instead?" ABC is useless. :D

Hi, two songs have been identified in this episode:
These Arms Of Mine by Otis Redding
and
Be Here Now by Ray LaMontagne (I think this is the one you are looking for)

Yep. I can tell from the title that it's probably the one. Thanks a lot.
