There are three songs used in the trailer, right?
The one you mentioned is last. What are the other two?
The first plays from the start until he mentions Mongolia.
The second plays after the woman mentions 'Rowan's vision of Mongolia' and lyrics sounds like 'the stars are humming' and 'when I'm leaving'. It ends right before the 'To Build A Home' song starts.

As for the first part of the trailer, that may be the score for the film. According to the site linked above, the film's score was a collaboration between Lili Haydn and Kim Caroll.

The second part (after the mother says "Rowan's vision of Mongolia) is "That Home," also by The Cinematic Orchestra.
